Plus when they see what technology we put into a property and the investment we make and how we take care of the property we are already head and shoulders above any "regular" tenant.

@Shawn Ackerman, this seems innovative but still very confusing for me. 

I’m analyzing properties in different counties multi family between 5-20 units, starting in my backyard so I can be more hands on learning as today’s economic status and technology driven world pushes us toward a more data drivin virtual social approach.

So after the franchise fee, the technology fee, and there was some other fee, my real split on that deal was something like 55/45.

In a technology driven world the self check out/self service model is growing rapidly.

I studied Electrical Engineering Technology and work as a technician for my local electric utility.

I currently work in the Financial Services space, I work in information technology as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.I found this site through twitter, and was drawn to all the knowledge about real estate investing on this site.
