New member from Charlotte NC
Hey everyone, My name is Waether Mendez I am 28 years old and live in Charlotte, NC . I'm new to the forum and new to real estate all together. I just purchased my first home. It's a new townhome that I live in and plan in turning into a rental once I upgrade to a larger house in a few years. I'm here to learn and research strategies for rental homes. My goal is to own 4 or 5 rentals and hold on to them until my retirement days. I studied Electrical Engineering Technology and work as a technician for my local electric utility. I'm completely a math guy and am not afraid of numbers. I follow the podcasts regularly and enjoylearning more strategit's involving investing.
