Likely the reserves, interest rates, etc. have changed to underwrite more risk.That is what I am seeing in the commercial space.

I do see an oversupply of golf courses and expect to see some of them repurposed in the future.As for Property Management in the Adult space, the only issue I have is not enough inventory to meet the rental demand.

Single family get's a major boost, suburban apartments, especially townhome style with green space, will do just fine.Now, here is the one thing that could derail this: Foreclosures. 

Succulents and other indoor plants are already used a lot, but I'm seeing an increase in plants as a more permanent fixture in a home.

Another issue I’m seeing in the multifamily space, is that we have no idea where collections will be in the coming months due to COVID-19.

I am going through my second turnover in the rental property space since I started acquiring rentals in 2017. 

As far as whether indoor antennae work very well, it depends on location.

Corporate America is seeing that they don't need these enormous office spaces and I think they'll learn that lesson fast.
