Small Balance Loans in Multifamily

Hello

Previously non-recourse lending thru Small Balance Loans was starting at 750 K. My lender has now moved that up to 1 million. Is anyone aware of a non-recourse lender that is willing to start the loan on products of 750 K. So in this example the property would be a million dollars, with a 25 percent down payment and the 750 K being financed?

Likely the reserves, interest rates, etc. have changed to underwrite more risk.

That is what I am seeing in the commercial space. Lenders are factoring in COVID.
