People make the mistake of thinking that every property not listed is a deal, but that isn't what we've found.

Ive always wanted to invest in real estate but I struggled to take the leap because I didn't have the amount of capital that I hear many people say they need.

Is there a chatroom that hosts discussions with a good number of people on a regular basis??

I am new to the industry but am focused on long term goals and wanting to build a team of reputable individuals where we can all bring each other value and make some great money together.

One thing we know people have done is have a power of attorney so if there are docs that person could sign on their behalf if you are going to be out of the country a lot

The people activity looking for a place to rent is constantly changing.There are FB groups where people post they are looking for a place but you would still have to screen them.Section 8 offices might have a list of people with active vouchers.
