As a new Real Estate agent and Investor I spend 6+ hours a day searching / traveling and touring potential investment properties.

Hello Bigger Pockets members,I am looking to starting my real estate investment journey in Columbus Ohio so am looking for recommendations for a RE agent & property manager that has experience with the BRRR strategy.

Focus on choosing a solid house in an area with ready tenants, don't over pay and make the improvements to be comfortable and tenant proof. 

I'm sure if you did a quick google search you could find something similar for NJ.

I've been doing some searching and found 1 meet up group in La Plata but was hoping to find something a little further South.

I'm sure there are several good REI meetups in your area, I'd start the CPA search by going there, building relationships, and asking for references.Best of luck!

If you got new ceiling fans- that's awesome, have someone check them-- but that's an improvement!

When you change employers within the same industry it's not a problem at all.If you are working towards improving your education/job opportunities, that's a good thing.
