Southern MD Meet Up Group

Hello everyone!  I've been doing some searching and found 1 meet up group in La Plata but was hoping to find something a little further South.  A little closer to the California, Hollywood, Lexington Park area.  Does anyone know of any?  If not I plan on starting one up.  If that is the case please show your interest below and we can get this thing rolling!  

A little on me.  I'm a newly licensed salesperson and out of state investor with a full time job that is outside the real estate sphere.  I love real estate and everything that it can do to empower people!
