James, Idk what your current equipment operation experience is but sunbelt rentals will rent out a skid steer for around $300 for a weekend.

It would be great to hear any experiences where someone has put in SS appliances and been able to raise the rent by $50/month compared to another identical unit.

The property is in a B to B+ neighborhood. 3b 1.5 bath identical sides with a family room and storage room in downstairs finished basement.

It was running heavy equipment wich I had been doing many years in the lower 48.

But be sure to also talk to your lawyer and CPA, both of whom may spot issues unique to your situation that the banker is not equipped (nor responsible) to flag for you.
