I am trying to figure out what has worked for other Wholesaler/Cash investors, in finding deals I hear of so many people getting 3-5 deals a month, and I'm struggling to get one deal this year, please let me know what your best advice is to generate leads.

I am very interested in multi-generational houses or especially homes that are easily convertible to allow for a junior attached ADU per California's definition.I have searched through literally thousands of house plans and noticed that very few of them have this ability.Has anyone else attempted to do this?
