Massive 3700 square foot three unit house in Down Town Buffalo.

Any recommendations (private message is fine with me) for a 40,000 job on a 2 story 1200 sq foot frame house.

The issue with doing these during the week is traffic when going across town.  

He sounds like a great tenant.If there were repair requests every second day that were like this, that would be time to put your foot down but if it's a one off, I'd just fix it.

Even if you take a little less, you'll still make out in the long run not footing the bill.   

If they capitalize on it then they can really start off on the right foot!
