I read that I need to get a conditional used permit if the STR is more than 90 days.

But here we are doing Ok  and living to fight another day..

I recently started wholesaling real estate in the last 90 days, and I am looking to expand our business into multi family commercial as we have some cash flow now. 

IF I can rezone maybe others will follow suit, or more investors will buy nearby lots and do the same, sky rocketing my property to par with the neighboring SF values that are nearly 3x this lot's.

So now they are supposed to be leaving in 2 days, and haven't paid rent for the last 5 weeks.
