Once you get into 5 units or more you are into commercial property and that takes on a whole other aspect and I don't recommend your first deal being a commercial property.

About the only thing I have is a good healthcare plan, but I'm learning that it makes it difficult to even pursue other jobs because none of them can compete with that one aspect enough to make it worth it.  

I'm experienced with the process of finding, buying/selling and closing on a property but never delved too deep into the personal investment aspect and was looking to start.  

It certainly doesn't look like that's encompassed in your monthly management fee. 

The plan is to hire an experienced farmer to operate the farm and she will govern the business aspect.
