Hello, I’m looking for a mentor to invest in mobile home parks with as a partner to learn how the business works and be involved in all aspects of the business. If anyone is looking for someone to mentor that has capital, drive and interest to learn, I’m very interested to speak with you.

    Hey @Jeremy Sainlar!

While I certainly do not have the qualifications to be a mentor, I'd be happy to help in any way I can. A mentor would be an ideal partner for a first park and something I am also looking for. However, I think with enough education and depending on the level of turnaround, it is certainly possible to take down a park without one. So just keep educating yourself and asking questions, and I am sure you'll find what you're ultimately looking for.

Please, feel free to message me anytime if you have questions or just want to chat about MHPs!
