With the development of the Reno Tahoe Industrial Complex companies that are moving here and will reach full employment in the next 3 year are Tesla, Switch, Apple, Amazon to name a few. 

Can the homeowner afford to reinstate - check the credit report: is he employed, have cars and other assets that could be sold to finance the payments?

I am self employed and plan on moving my source of income "computer support" business to Florida and trying to figure out how I can get qualified for a loan so I don't have to pay all cash.

Saves the VA a whole heap of time, and you a heap of money with VA fee's over the months you employ them.

There's very little traffic over there and I got no responses so I decided to post the request here in multifamily.I'm wondering if anyone here has had experience making the transition from mom and pop level investing to a larger scale of operations where you need to employ someone to operate your internal deal flow "funnel" (for lack of a better term) to re-invest cash flow and/or gains from property sales.

I would stay away from Sole Proprietorship because of 15.3% self employment tax...again I am no accountant/tax professional so please seek professional guidance and do your own due diligence. 

A former employer has a $24,000 Judgement against the individual and his wife....We can provide the Court filing number and case numbers to confirm the Judgement being awarded and the penalties that goes with the judgement...The Employer is getting old and would like to just cash out the Judgement at a substantial discount so that they can recoupe some of his out of pocket cost without spending more time to track these people down to get the full amount.He is willing to sell his Judgement for 40% of whats owed for a quick cash out transaction...Let me know if this is something of interest for one of you or if any of you know of some really good Judgement attorney who might take this on a contingency as the Employer just wants to move with there life and take the next steps here..

Also verify they have steady employment.

That will allow me to draw a retirement after thirty years of employment.

I intend to, eventually, use this knowledge to make calculated investments in property.MY QUESTION IS:What would an employer, in real estate, like to see from a job applicant?
