As Dale mentioned, what works for me may not work for you, or in your area etc...I only focus on direct mail for sellers, and mainly internet marketing for buyers, that with our website and newsletter etc.

I often wonder and would love to ask (a la Aaron Mazzrillo) if they get this upset over all the direct mail marketing they get; "So tell me Bob, do you call Domino's and tell them to stop sending mail to your house also?"
