Contract no Buyers.........

I Finally have a contract in place now im having the toughest time finding a buyer. I have posted ads on Craigslist, Backpage etc and im only getting advertising emails. This is kind of discouraging because mainly everyone I have ran the deal by said it was a pretty good DEAL. Im looking to sell it to a rehabber but I guess im not putting it in the right places. Im in need of your suggestions

I suspect most of the "we buy houses" signs are from wholesalers rather than rehabbers, but they're still worth a call.
