If you will be doing the inspections then I would bring my ladder, infra red thermometer, socket tester, tape measure, and camera when viewing the unit and on the one you want, test the appliances and perform an inspection right then.

Not to mention that I think them knowing that I am onsite will happily discourage the less than decent tenants from applying (drug dealers, scam artists, extreme messies).

Due to the need for lots of electricity to power the lighting used in this sort of pot growing venture, and due to the need to avoid detection of the high power use by the electric utility, holes were somehow cut through the 6-inch concrete foundation to hook up automobile jumper cables to bypass the electric meter.I'd say that a bypass of the water meter wouldn't surprise me either, since lots of water gets used in farming anything.So it might not just be limited to drywall and flooring ...And you would definitely need professional mold testing/remediation if you're planning to resell.
