Want to know if they can shovel snow at all my properties, clean my home, mow my lawn, and walk my dog in exchange for a break on rent. 

This has helped tremedously in analyzing mulitple deals. yup good time to learn excel and how to run Microsoft exchange ( at least for me ).. along with taking a deep dive into the stock market and how that all works..  

They are suggesting adding an additional clean out for easier access for this area if needed.

I already repaired a broken closet door from the last tenant, and have reimbursed them for carpet/deep cleaning service of the unit for move in. 

I will also add i never ask for anything and i have replaced floors, repainted, fuxed things and because he never cleans gutters water leaks through walls causing mold and mildew rotting wood sills.

I want to defend this because turnkeys get a bad name anyway, and since everyone assumes the inspection should come back clean, that only further hampers the reputation.

I haven't been a big enough player to have to dig real deep there yet...As far as funding deals, any specific strategies you're planning to implement in order to make the most of the buyers market?

:I had a clogged toilet from a young renter trying to flush wipes like this down the toilet I had to clean the line out cost a little over $200 to get it done.This was a few year back .

After unsuccessfully offering on properties the first go around, we've been renting for about 10 months now, and I am deep into the home search once again. 

New paint or a thorough cleaning of all surfaces.
