This question is for long-time Cozy users, or anyone who has had one or more leases renew using Cozy.When you have a lease renew and you are re-signing the same tenant for another term, do you find it is most helpful to just change the expiration date in Cozy on the current lease, or do you create an entirely new lease with a new start and end date?

I think its like 414 per paycheck biweekly on 50,000 over five years. 828 a month is a nice chunk of change on top of your new mortgage payment.

And he just signed with a new brokerage firm at the end of last year but I didn't think that changed anything.My question is, I don't see anywhere in the listing agreement or Management Agreement by the new broker about having to use my property manager to sell my apartments?
