Question for long-time Cozy users

This question is for long-time Cozy users, or anyone who has had one or more leases renew using Cozy.

When you have a lease renew and you are re-signing the same tenant for another term, do you find it is most helpful to just change the expiration date in Cozy on the current lease, or do you create an entirely new lease with a new start and end date?

Thanks in advance!
