Barking dogs and people running car mechanic shops in residential.

What are the key questions to ask when I the agent or get in touch with the decision maker/s4.

I do a lot in Leesburg/Loudoun County, where a condo that costs $215k should fetch at least $1,600/mo in rent, maybe up to $1,800.Some posters here mention the long game being a decision maker for NOVA investors.

I guess just the act of getting in the car, driving a couple blocks, finding a quiet place in the library, and focusing puts things in perspective. 

Years ago, I started recreationally tracking my car, and appreciated the coaching I got along the way.

Volume is good with headphones, car, Bluetooth speaker, dock speakers and even the phone speaker. 

I can make it downtown via bicycle without touching a road for more than 2 minutes faster than anyone can in a car during rush hour.
