Hi,

I am looking at pre-construction deal from the "Market Makers" (realmarketmakers.com) in Houston (Gosling Village) and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the company? the numbers look pretty decent but there is one scam report on them which makes a bit suspicious.

the idea is to build the townhomes and lease it to "corporate housing solutions and savings" for short term rents.
