I don't have specific questions yet, but as I continue to get more information and input I am sure I will be burning some ears with questions.I only have one property in MA at this point and my son is handling it for me.

I'd like to find out about all of the potential deals on the market and leverage the expertise of many real estate agents as opposed to one but I don't want to burn any bridges at the same time.Advice, please?

Further more you will be in a turn and burn situation and the odds are they will not like your product as it takes more work versus end-user loans.

Now I don't mind having a job but I am an engineer and I'm tired of sitting in an office.
