Getting re license

good afternoon BP network.

So as I have said before I am fairly new investor and I am looking at ways of growing my Capitol. Was wondering what is everyone's thought about getting my real estate license to help grow my Capitol and get out of the rat race job. Now I don't mind having a job but I am an engineer and I'm tired of sitting in an office. I have a really experienced agent willing to train me after I get my license. Just looking for good and bad thought. Thanks Charlie

I've been a Realtor, now real estate broker, for more than 26 years. Absolutely love it! Keep your day job for a little while, at least until you actually get your license, pay all your fees, and get your feet a little wet in the business. I think many who get into the business have an unrealistic expectation. Clients will not come knocking on your door and ask you to sell their home. It takes a lot of work, but it's so worth it.
