You need to brand your business with certain properties and consider adding amenities that are unique to your properties.

I wouldn't worry about the shingles.I usually put on IKO brand because they're cheap, but on my residence, I went with better shingles.

So I have learned about strategy, research, trends, how to direct a team, how to build a brand.

I currently have 2 rental units and would like to acquire more, I am just not so sure about renting a brand new house out.

We can do the installation properly to allow for the expansion /contraction issues.But worried about it cupping or coming apart.So the choice in this third floor unit is: for the foyer, den, dining rm, hall and possibly bedroom closets, is use a thicker laminate flooring(not top of the line brand but with a good warranty Pergo) which is basically cardboard and never refinish able.Or to go with this click bamboo with great warranty that has potential to be refinished if need.
