We all know there are bad agents out there in general, as the bar for entry to the profession is ridiculously low. 

Obviously, I am hoping for much more than that, but that is the worst case scenario barring anything catastrophic.

Are you using the search bar in the top of the site, or filtering in the Marketplace?

Is there already a law that bars this kind of maneuver?

If tenants are below market you are losing money, inching up rents in some way to coddle your tenants does not make any business scenes and is usually only done by landlords not wanting to engage in the hands on operation of their business.

There you can do the classic dinner and a movie date night without having to go to a separate location for the dinner portion-you can do it all right there at the theatre as it houses Cobbster’s Kitchen & Bar!

Another alternative would be to JV with someone who lives in the state side so at least 1 partner isn't too far to keep ane ye eon it.I have a property out here in BC Vancouver, but that wasn't done deliberately to be an investor... good thing I lucked out on appreciation, but to get into the market here for a neutral cashflow or slightly positive just doesn't make sense to me.I do plan to attend some upcoming local meetups and check out the scene (first time!)
