As a Systems Engineer, I am doing a lot of automation by writing computer scripts. 

The first email/phone number might be bad, so that means you need to put the second email/phone number into the automated system like reiblackbook. 

Any good accounting software (like QuickBooks, etc.) should be able to separately account for each separate security deposit in the single escrow account.Also, I didn't see anything in the quoted statute that required you to deposit the security deposit into an interest bearing account.  

I’m looking for an all inclusive STR software that will allow for multiple platform messaging, smart pricing, smart lock, cleaner portals and etc.

If I look at any of the automated valuator(s) online (Zillow, Realtor.com, EZ Value) then it's estimate is much lower than if I look at some of the higher comps in the same neighborhood. 

I like to use text-to-speech so I can listen to studies and articles while on the road. Apple's built-in text-to-speech struggles with formatting, anyone have a favorite they'd recommend?

I have both a Bachelors Degree in Secondary English Education and an Associates degree in Computer Information Technology, with a Software Engineer emphasis.
