This comes down to personal preference on property type and size.I personally would want view, location, cabin style and close proximity to attractions (20 min or less).

At the time i was living in another state so the price point was very attractive considering similar homes in my area were selling for 600K+ at the time.

I also assisted customers in locating and signing a rental lease and would get a small commission for doing so. 

Also, with an intended purchase price of 150k, recognize the type of tenant you'll attract, you're typically looking at B-/C class subdivisions. 

Because of the affordability, great neighborhoods and schools, and good night life, Columbus has attracted a-lot of businesses to setup shop, hence the increase in population over areas like Cincinnati and Cleveland.

It really depends on the lender & how often they review their customer's files. 

One of my best and long time customers is a lady who is in a tight spot.

As a result, they give their customers the freedom of contacting the management whenever they want to raise an issue about their property.

Anything that will bring value to the customer is a good thing in my opinion.  

The laws may be the biggest challenge in running a legitimate property management company that some self-managing investors or unaware of or occasionally don’t follow.It really goes above and beyond that to systems, operations, customer service, etc.
