Obtaining a $200K loan to cover the tax appears to carry a similar risk of a lien, potentially jeopardizing my mortgage approval.What would you advise in this situation?

Having trouble analyzing this deal as there are so many variables and I do not have the experiencing analyzing deals to make me feel comfortable taking the risk.Purchase price of the land would be $250,000 not including closing cost or fees, and construction for a new 3/2 home with an attached 1/1 ADU is estimated to cost around $300,000 - $400,000 finished.

Customer service doesn't even begin to describe this chain of events; this is guided missile level sales follow up and over the top attention to detail and customer attraction.

I'm looking for people who have actually done it or are brokers that specialize in self-storage and are familiar with the markets who could give me some tips on what to look out for and how to work towards buying them.

If this is the only “downside”, I wouldn’t consider it a deal breaker.
