I don't know which site you are referring to but we have been looking at purchasing a couple of different REO's and often time the listing agent simply hasn't updated recent price reductions, not all of the sites have been updated.

Things can happen too quickly in an area for a national company/system to adapt quickly to update those values.I personally don't see a big value of a national system - the benefit for persons that work on a national level is really quite limited.

None of these techniques work with any kind of regularity.
