Hi BPI have been relentlessly trying to get a grip on a few of the hot markets in Florida.

I'm in the Nashville/middle TN market.

He even installed a water heater himself with no labor charge so the tenant would have hot water over the weedend. 

I guess a better word would have been hot money or speculative demand.

However, going to REI meetups and events may be able to achieve the same goal.Yeah buying fixers if its a hot market makes no sense.
