I’ve lived in my current home (Raleigh) since 2018 and I’m hoping to keep it, but have several questions.

The husband is now trying to buy the house with his wife and kids still living there.

Hi guys,those who live in Florida or have rentals in Florida.When you do you taxes, do you file with the Florida Revenue Department?

An example is we live in a town of 10,000 and have about 25 rentals.

We had to do it for the apartment we're living in now and for our storage unit as well.  

Maybe they will sell, but they want to live there for another 6 months or pick their ideal sale date.

We own LTRs in Redding and Shasta Lake and have lived in this area most of our lives.

@Khalid Bryan another option if not affordable rental properties is if you would like to try the BRRR method I would look for properties that are not moving ready or maybe the condition prevents them for qualifying for an FHA loan or low down conventional loan, and do the necessary repairs to make it safe to live in clean and fresh.

I live in CDA but I'm up that way often since I work there.

If the owner lives in California and their name is on the contract, then the owner may be required to show up in court for legal matters.
