It looks like I have everything to lose in this adventure.Therefore I have done some prophase research in targeted markets, I have contacted several people in some markets, inspector, realtor, property manager, RE attorney...But so far I haven't found a way to make professionals become trustworthy people for my success.

I feel happy finding properties and getting them checked over by my contractor and then home inspector to confirm everything.We have a great property manager and I do feel a good system now in place to keep growing.If you want any advise this is the best place.

The Inspector said I would need to have a structural engineer do a report on it, to make sure it is still sound or do the needed remediation.
