How old is too old?!
HI all,
I found a multifamily foreclosure for $12,900 in my hometown in a B/C area. The house was built in the 1900's and i'm a bit leary of potentially buying a house that old. Thoughts?
What should I be looking out for?

@Drew Denham The same things as a newer property, plus lead paint, asbestos, underground oil tanks, poor or no insulation, old plumbing including possible lead drain pipes, copper pipes with lead solder, those are a few of the worst and most common.
