Most liens stay with the property, a title company will be your best friend when doing this type of investing, I would be happy to discuss further if you're interested.

@Dani BorowTake your 50k and partner with an established veteran and take notes along the way. 50k and real-life, hands-on experience will go a lot further than 50k spent in a classroom.As far as materials and SKUs, you can find this information online or at your local Home Depot or Lowes.

Although I will need to look into it further to see WHY it hasn't sold in so long.

my brother and sister both own an extra home that they couldn't sell that they started to rent it out......So I want to dive further into RE investingI am looking to get into buying a home (SF or Townhome) to rent out that will be 200k negotiated price.

I would look into that further to make sure you are going about the denial process correctly.Other than that, denying an applicant for having a pit bull is not illegal.
