They are my customer and I run my business in an ethical way.

 @Adrian Tilley |  @Jon PoolWhile there often are some really strange case law out there and without taking sides, I just can't see how say a bank like JPM for instance (or any bank for that matter), can tell a customer that a default on an unsecured personal debt or credit card, would/could in and of itself trigger a default on a mortgage held with the same lender.

A couple of customers of mine are doing this.  

Now that I'm 7 months into it, we're working on having someone custom build our own podio.

This isn't clear if you are trying to raise an arbitrary argument here or if this is just your personal theory... capital structure is not something you walk into a store and buy off the shelf and apply uniformly to every company.

You're message about achieving excellence sounds great but we need to set our customers up with reasonable expectations.

@Andrew Kerr @Max Tanenbaumi might reach out to dog walkers i know then - maybe i can train them to watch out for stuff for me =)I am trainin my truck driver friends who deliver furniture straight to the customers houses to get a network going in the surrounding area. it could lead to something. 

I've just custom ordered windows for several houses at Home Depot and they averaged $ 150 per piece.
