There are tons of broke brokers out there who will put there name on a contract they had no business with for a couple fast dollars.These are just the few I can think of before hopping my flight home.

Someone broke into my tenants garage in Roseville, my place in SH its hot water heater was damaged because someone attempted to steal and it tore up a bunch of plumbing in the utility room.Detroit, has its issues on a grand scale but my property has no issues.  

Yesterday it was a dishwasher that broke in a unit (I only have about 5 rentals with dishwashers, but they die all the time) so that was $400.

hey david, funny story (now) 3 days ago I went to simply replace a shower head and broke a pipe behind the wall without knowing it on a unit in a triplex I own.

As long as there is a legitimate listing contract in place and the co-broke commission gets paid at closing, our MLS is fine.The problem my sellers run into (all the wholesalers I work with choose a limited-service flat fee option in which they handle showings, phone calls, etc), and Rob hits it on the head, is other real estate agents just don't comprehend what the wholesaler does.

I remember in high school when internet was first coming about.Me and my buddies went on there and he was in the chat rooms.Over the few weeks he started talking to this girl from the same county and she gave him a picture.He then set up a meeting a few weeks later at a Kmart parking lot.He told us at school the next day that he drove up and she was HUGE and he floored that sucker and got out of there!!

Millennials also tend to be broke with high cost of lifestyle choices.
