Here on the east coast, hurricane winds will bring one down, even several hours in from the coast.

@Jeb Brilliant  if you own a home in CA.. and this is your first investment property.. you can add it to your current policy.. be sure to check the small printwhat you need in the mid west is not what we get on the west coast.IE you need wind and hail damage clause... also be very cognizant of and specifically get it in writing about vacant home ...

I have similar interest along the gulf coast.

It could move west as well, don't know that area to much but thats what i have been seeing.

The hospital has always been pinned in by the interstate to the west.

We live in West Virginia and pools are "fairly" rare, and this house is going to be spectacular when the rehab is done.  

Remember the boys at Stewardship had deep roots in the industry here in Oregon and when they decided to go to KC they went physically and got set up and run the business like a business not like a passive investor from west coast..
