I am an investor and also a RE Agent so I can provide access to individuals for an app that lets them see all GAMLS, FMLS, Athens MLS data via an app or web. 

Being on the other side of an interstate or even a different cross roads section with different traffic patterns and counts can dramatically change things.The tenant might be trying to pressure you to take less rent so they pick up your better location over the one they are looking at down the street.

I know California traffic is ridiculous especially in that area, but if you can make it, you really need to try.  

I did some searching around the web and found a copy of the webinar that's being promoted. 

I have web sites, bandit signs, print and radio advertising, but what I dont have is a coherent message across all media that says "I can use my creativity to get you out of your disaster of a property, no matter what price or condition"   Basically all of my stuff says I Buy Houses just like everyone else. 

Josh,Thanks for the advice, I did see something about a 203k loan while browsing the web.

We had ALOT of traffic in and out of the house with kids, church gatherings, etc. and the flooring is still as good today as the day it went in. 

If I can provide value to other people by sharing useful info, hopefully, I'll get more traffic to my website, which will generate more leads.

I own a web design company and lawn care company as well though.

Times have changed and traffic has dried up.
