No hot water, stove not working, no heat, broken windows, door locks not working, loose railing, no lighting in common areas, garbage not in dumpster, no smoke/co2 detectors, etc. anyway that has been our experience.

If there are pets in the unit, make sure they have food and water on a regular basis (Purina), and if they are abandoned contact these people: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/d/Massachusetts/(Or you could keep them for yourself if you want--they sure need a new home)Good Luck!

The property is brand new and will be under warranty for the next 3 years, so I do not foresee needing to replace a roof or water heater in that time.

If it's in a city, it's likely that there was a previous structure on a vacant lot so there may already be a water meter and sewer tap.

We came to a deal on price and , they get no electric , they have to use honda inverters that are real quiet and build noise barriers . they can use the hose to fill water tanks in the trailers , no guests .
