Great find, I've seen or been through about a 1/3, what I can say is the salaries have really gone up since I was one the regulatory side, holy cow, $187,000+ great career for the young'ns with tech and accounting/auditing skills.

I've heard numerous times that building a relationship with a realtor is advantageous to any investor's career, because they can pull comps from the MLS, and have access to cash buyers.

Some sellers will tell you no, but you must not take it personally or it will be detrimental to your career as a real estate investor.

Was with a couple this weekend and all they were whining about was upcoming layoffs, if they were safe, and the beating their IRAs and 401's were taking.I just said, I know how you can make 12% on your funds.Next thing I know, I had a couple more private lenders.Just a thought!

I think you could always fall back on your career to if need be.

I started my real estate career in Castro Valley California during my high school days.

I do need help progressing in my chosen career path of working with notes until I can actually start investing in notes and properties myself.

I have also researched a local REIA club here in the Bay Area and will be attending their upcoming meetings in the future.

If anyone could give me tips, advice, etc for my professional career it would be really appreciated.
