18 Yrs Old & Ready for Real Estate Investing - Advice Needed

I'm an eighteen year old, visionary real estate investor & entrepreneur living in Cincinnati. I plan on moving to Los Angeles, California next year to study entrepreneurship & real estate at USC. I am interested in investing in single-family homes in Southern California and I need advice on how to fund a project for a single-family home. I would obviously be leasing this home to clients and vacation renters within the area. If anyone could give me tips, advice, etc for my professional career it would be really appreciated. Feel free to network with me and ask many questions! Thanks!
