Has anyone heard of investing in residential treatment facilities (group homes)?

Been in real estate for almost 1 year and working with several investors I was fascinated by the entire process and have mad respect for people in this industry for their drive, knowledge and persistence.

Most sellers in the mobile home industry that are doing some sort of financing are electing to use a lease option strategy instead of a traditional financing.

I would personally just visit those new mobile home models and copy every inch of them exactly, including wall and floor treatments, cabinet hardware, etc.

And you'll get positive tax treatment for the cost of your financing.
