The key for you will be setting up the bid package prior to getting in front of your potential counter-party.

For those of you who have traveled this path before, can you recommend what MHP resources/materials/study courses that you feel are exceptional and comprehensive in scope and that would provide me with all the knowledge that I need to make an educated decision on buying a MHP?

Aren't shopped like REO packages and are great product to have in an investment portfolio.Have any of you done them?

My friends who kept their Chemistry books are making huge bucks, traveling the world (all expenses in top shelf places paid) as Chem Engineers and the like.

Problem is I dont think your average American realizes this, unless you travel abroad, or buy/trade/deal with over seas companies, this doesnt affect you directly, even though it does in the big picture, I still have a dollar in my wallet and its no different then the dollar I had last week, last month, even last year.
