has any one purchased the private lending presentation kit by michel lautensach? if so, is it legit and relevant to finding actual private lending. just want to make sure before purchasing.

Mick, I have never seen it nor heard of it or him. I can assure you with the highest degree of confidence that it won't be comprehensive and it is most likely not compliant. Take a look at the thread by Ken Rishel on the SAFE Act and scores of regulatory issues. "Lonnie Deals-Then and Now"

Each state may have unique requirements and "private" lending issues can't really be addressed at this time due to changes, anything that was current 6 months ago may not be in two months.

And, what is supposed to be contained in this "package"? Notes, disclosures, applications, any idea?

If it's more than $25, save your money I would think. :)
