I will be traveling to Atlanta a lot with in the next few months.

They paid for my entire mortgage and I travelled abroad :) Today, I own 3 rental properties and looking for a primary residence in Gainesville or Leesburg. 

Spent from Friday to the following sunday and then went back out of town for another 2 weeks.People travel for work...family issues. 

Account Closed Yes, currently in the Florida Panhandle but we also travel to Gainesville, Fl often (my husband is from there).

Don't mind travelling for this.

If I needed medical treatment I would seek out a doctor.

Now a little bit about myself...I'm a remodeler/carpenter by trade and after a 3 month travel expedition around the country I have settled in Pinellas County, FL.  

So I came to the realization I didn't want to invest into a property in that area that would tie me there or cause me to return to it.While I was coming to this realization, I was also forming a new goal outside of real estate investing and that was traveling.My new goal is to use the money I was putting towards a down payment of a property towards traveling abroad for a year or so.

Now I havent heard of anything, the home my husband and I live in is owned solely by my husband, and I have an apartment that I rent 5 hours away from home as I work out of town and cannot travel every day.

I'm inclined to urge you to buy the rentals and travel while you can.
