I've worked with people to leave early for several reasons (out-of-state job offer, lost job, divorce, etc.) without penalty if they work with me to find a new tenant with a smooth transition.

The right PM will work with you to make it a seamless transition.

Why aren't you looking to transition into a mid-size Class B apartment project in a decent size city?

I have begun transitioning my career to real estate investing.
