The parking lot might have had a re-coat and seal to help with cracking but once it gets so much deterioration the parking lot needs to be milled down and redone.New roof and parking lot that size of a building can be hundreds of thousands of dollars to replace.

It reminds me of the HGTV shows about tiny homes.

The crack is not of huge concern to me.

I will live in 1 room and rent the other 2 out and I will be able to live for free and make a tiny profit and Ill be able to build my real estate portfolio from there.

Investing in real estate is hard enough as it is without having to travel 500 miles to see if your Property Manager is placing crack heads in your $100,000 house!

I was delirious and cracking up yesterday and my numbers are wrong.
