Does this protocol eventually grant letters, or will there be an entirely different process involved in probating?

There is no magic formula, but there are some interesting strategies he uses (nothing illegal), just some creativity involved to get to the front of the list, eventually.If someone doesn't want to sell today does not mean they wouldn't want to sell tomorrow.

I figured this would be a nice opportunity to get involved in real estate and by purchasing from a family member, I had time to learn and adapt.
