I've not done a large volume of letters, but so far, 99% call instead of going to my website... and one person sent me an email.

For materials, that's the easy part, if the supply houses wont give me 60 day minimum, then I just move on to a larger one that will post 20 day notice and will agree on joint check agreement.

Right now I spend at least 40 hours per week, so 160 per month, but with smart phones and email happening all the time it is tough to measure.
